Stickdog Teleconferencing Service Order

$0.20/minute per caller

Per session setup fee: $4.00

Account Setup fee: $7 waived for Stickdog customers!

Cancellation fee $15 applies if session is cancelled less than 3 hours before appointed time.

Pre-payment of $50 required for non-Stickdog customers. This payment will appear as a payment against first invoice. If teleconference service is not used, and customer has no other overdue Stickdog accounts this amount, less the account setup fee, may be refunded upon request of customer.

Subscriber agrees to use this service in compliance with all applicable laws and to indemnify and hold Stickdog harmless for any loss incurred by Stickdog or Stickdog’s suppliers as a result of Subscriber’s use of Stickdog’s service. Subscriber agrees to pay fees in accordance with Stickdog’s rate schedule listed above, and revisions thereto, provided that Stickdog provides notice to Subscriber of any rate increase at least 60 days prior to next payment due date.
