Telephone Support                    $20.00 per 15 minute (increments up to one hour) $60.00/hr thereafter
On Site Desktop Support              $70.00/hour - minimum 1 hour
On Site Network Support              $90.00/hour - minimum 1 hour
On Site Server Support                $105.00/hour - minimum 1 hour

Additional comments:

AUTHORIZATION & AGREEMENT: Subscriber requests the above indicated support from Stickdog. Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold Stickdog harmless for any loss incurred by Stickdog or Stickdog's suppliers as a result of failure of Subscriber's equipment or software, or for equipment or software that Stickdog provides to the Subscriber, outside of any Manufacturer's warranty. Subscriber agrees to pay fees in accordance with Stickdog's rate schedule listed above, and revisions thereto, provided that Stickdog provides notice to Subscriber of any rate increase at least 60 days prior to next payment due date.
