- Modem/router Fee is for delivery and use of the modem or router. We are not selling you the modem or router. Modem/router provided is a new or fully inspected, tested, warranted return unit. You must return it upon termination of service or pay a penalty of: $200 for ADSL modem, $300 for I/SDSL Router, $700 for T1 Router

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment of activation fee, attended installation fee (if applicable) and first period’s monthly recurring charge must be made BEFORE activation. Payment of monthly recurring charge must be made in full on time in accordance with invoices presented by Stickdog to customer.
Service is billable upon activation. Connection of the modem and configuration of customer’s computer and network equipment are the responsibility of customer. Billing for service cannot be postponed during periods that customer fails to use service due to lack of particular computer or network configurations.
Minimum term of service is 12 months. After 12 months, disconnection requires 30 days notice, counted from the first business day after Stickdog receives customer’s request to disconnect. Customer remains liable for charges through the 30 day notice period and any portion of the initial 12 month period that remains unpaid.
Services are not available to all areas. Availability of service and the actual data transfer speed that you experience are subject to various limiting factors, including distance between your location and the central office serving you, the condition of your telephone line and wiring inside your home or office, network or Internet congestion, and server and router speeds for the Web sites you are accessing. Stickdog cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error free or specific-speed service, but offers this service on a best efforts basis.
