Voicemail

Voice Mail instructions are different in the Virginia Beach area than elsewhere in Virginia, Maryland, and other places where Stickdog provides voice mail.

Standard Voice Mail Instructions



Instructions for setting up your voicemail box:
  1. Dial your voicemail box number.
  2. Dial 0 during the greeting.
  3. Dial your passcode (1000 is default).
  4. Press 8 for user options.

To record a greeting:

  1. Press 1 for personal greeting options.
  2. Press 2 to rerecord your greeting.
  3. Press 9 when done.

To change your passcode:

Press 3 and choose 4-10 digits.

Instructions for retrieving messages:

  1. Dial your voicemail box number.
  2. Dial 0 during the greeting.
  3. Dial your passcode (1000 is default).
  4. Press 1 to listen to your new messages.
  5. Press 3 to delete the message.
  6. Press 5 to save the message.
