Initialization

Initialization must be done from the actual phone that has the feature on it. From that phone, call 888 294 1618. The pin is last 4 digits of the phone number. Follow prompts to set up forwarding

Instructions for use

  1. Dial your access number.
  2. Enter your 10 digit telephone number.
  3. Enter PIN followed by #.
  4. Press 1 to use Ultra forward.
  5. Press 1 to activate Ultra forward.
  6. Enter number you want calls forwarded to, followed by #.
  7. Press 1 if the number read back is correct. Press 2 to reenter. Press * to cancel. Wait for confirmation message before hanging up.
To activate from your base phone dial *72 followed by the number you want to forward calls to. To deactivate from your base phone dial *73.
