Just had to email and say that even though DSL was not available to me, you people gave me the most detailed description of why. Thanks.
I am extremely satisfied with the installation of the DSL service, the service was installed, up and running in less than three weeks. (I placed my order on 4/26) Also the installation was seamless and the tech, Charles T Oliver, was professional. I work in the telecom industry and appreciate what is involved to deliver fast, efficient, quality service and truly appreciate your work.
