Billing and Credit Policy

The invoice amount and any previous balance shown on the invoice are due upon your receipt of the invoice. If you haven’t paid it by the overdue date appearing on the invoice, we will have to begin interrupting service, starting with long distance and optional features, and after a written warning, your basic service.

For new customers who use our long distance service, we limit long distance usage to $30 until we’ve received timely payment of three successive invoices. If you would like to use more than $30 of long distance service during this period, please send interim payments to keep the long distance balance paid down below the $30 level.
